Legal information
Rights in the books
The rights in the works belong to Evgeny Sukhov. © Evgeny Sukhov. The Russian-language books are published by Eksmo Publishing House under a licence agreement with the author; the publisher holds the rights listed in that agreement. The publisher's name and trademarks belong to it.
The right of translation is not part of the publisher's licence: under an addendum dated 18 May 2026 it remains with the author.
The right to adapt books published by Eksmo for the screen and other forms of adaptation is governed by the same agreement. If you are a producer, screenwriter or scout, write to the address below and we will tell you who holds the rights you need. Nothing on this site is an offer.
Translations and English-language books
Translations into English and other languages, and the covers and audio recordings made for them, belong to Evgeny Sukhov. The rights of translators and performers in their contribution are preserved.
Enquiries about publishing, distributing and licensing translations go to the address below.
Covers, text and audio of the Russian-language books
Book covers, first pages and two-minute audiobook samples are shown so readers can get to know a book. The text and audio excerpts come from the publicly available preview fragments on Litres (a service of the Eksmo group), the covers from the book pages there. The rights in them belong to their rightsholders: the author, Eksmo, performers and recording studios.
If you are a rightsholder and believe an item is used improperly, write to the address below and we will change or remove it.
Retailers and third-party sites
This site links to Litres (a service of the Eksmo group) and other retailers. Prices, availability, purchase terms and data handling are set by those services. Their names and logos belong to their owners. This site is not part of them and does not sell books.
Works of fiction
The books are works of fiction. Characters and events are invented; resemblance to real persons is coincidental, apart from historical figures and events used as background.
